Terms and Conditions
If your car is heavily soiled with anything in excess such as mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, tree sap or anything that was not mentioned during your booking additional charges will apply. We advise if you have any of the above that you let us know during your booking so that the price and following time slots can be adjusted accordingly. If not, we risk being pushed over onto our next booking and being at a loss of time, product and profits. As above, in this event additional charges will apply.

Please ensure your car is emptied of litter and personal belongings. Areas that are not emptied like the glovebox or the boot may be missed in your service. You also risk losing anything left inside, especially smaller items like receipts or children's toys, to the hoover or being binned.

In general, service fees may be paid by debit card, credit card or by cash in person. First time customers must pay outstanding fees before the car is collected or staff leave the address at which the work was completed. Regardless of payment method, we reserve the right to collect paid service fees agreed to during your booking.

For bookings over £100 you may be asked to supply a deposit to secure the agreed time slot. If cancelled by us, we will reschedule the booking within 14 days or give a full refund of the deposit. For secured bookings, we otherwise reserve the right to retain full deposit amounts.

By making a booking with us you agree to our terms of business. These terms are in place so that we, as a business, can be in the best position possible to provide value and a reliable service to our clients.
